To answer your question, I strongly recommend our signature ‘Clay pot kalbi’(beef).
It’s marinated in the original sauce, then to be placed in a ‘special clay pot’ over 48 hours to bring out best texture and flavor of kalbi.
The kalbi is grilled on the table to be served and accompanied by banchan, the nutritionally balanced, Korean side dishes.
