miss Korea’s Hand Made Mandu (Korean Dumpling)

It’s Korean food and filled with minced meat, tofu, kimchi, and vegetables wrapped in a thin flour skin. You might think it’s similar to the Chinese jiaozi and the Japanese gyoza. What do you think it is? I’m sure you’d definitely get it right. Yes, it’s ‘Mandu.’ (Korean dumpling)
Even though these days, there are not many hand made mandu out there, in Korea it used to be that on special occasions such as Seolnal (Korean New Year’s day) or Chuseock (Korean Thanks Giving Day) , all the family members were gathering and making mandu all together. It’s not only to have a great time with family while making it but also when it comes to the taste, there is significant comparison between hand made mandu and instant mandu.
In miss Korea, we are making 12,000 hand-made mandu every week and they are served as steamed mandu, steamed kimchi mandu, tteok-manduguk and kimchi mandu-jeongol.

The hand made mandu is available for sale to take home with.

Experience homey taste of mandu at miss Korea and also at your home too.

Makgeolli, Korean Traditional Liquor

It is made from a mixture of wheat and rice which gives it a milky, off-white color, and sweetness. It is made by fermenting a mixture of boiled rice, wheat and water, and is about 6.5–7% alcohol by volume.
