miss Korea BBQ is the renowned barbecue destination in New York City, the multi-floored restaurant with a wide range of delicious Korean BBQ. We added the flavorful Duck Breast and Leg BBQ to our already expansive selection just in time for the warm summer season.

Eating Duck BBQ in the Summer

Did you know that eating duck cools the body temperature? Having Duck BBQ is the ideal meal for the notoriously hot summers in New York City.

Eating Duck is a Healthy Choice

Here are some important health benefits of duck:
• Excellent source of nutrients: iron, selenium and calcium and also vitamins A, B3 and C
Duck meat is a high quality protein
 • Vitamin B3 (Niacin) plays a significant role in improving metabolism. A serving of duck contains approximately 50% of the daily requirement of niacin intake.
 • Selenium is an antioxidant that helps the body's immune system

Yukhoe Naengmyeon, Not Found in other Korean Restaurants.

miss Korea BBQ’s Naengmyeon offerings are largely popular amongst our dining guests as a cold noodle dish that complements the taste of their favorite Korean BBQ meats. Enjoy this delicious miss Korea BBQ exclusive!

New Flavors: Yukhoe Mul Naengmyeon & Yukhoe Bibim Naengmyeon

Naengmyeon is an even more popular item during the summer season when the weather becomes unbearably hot in New York City. miss Korea BBQ has innovated a new Naengmyeon dish to add to our already renowned noodles lineup. We are pleased to present two new Naengmyeon variations, the Yukhoe Mul Naengmyeon and the Yukhoe Bibim Naengmyeon.

About Yukhoe

Yukhoe is often viewed as an exotic Korean cuisine that is served as a julienned and marinated raw beef that is typically likened to tartare. From the kitchen of miss Korea BBQ, we have developed a cold buckwheat noodle dish with Yukhoe beef that has never been seen as menu item before. We utilize high quality meat ingredients to prepare our seasoned Yukhoe and we combine the rich flavor with the handmade noodles and refreshing broth of our naengmyeon.

Refreshing Taste Tailored for the Summer Season

We are excited to serve our all original Yukhoe Naengmyeon dishes to our restaurant’s visitors, as we anticipate that it will become a highly regarded eat during the warm summer when cold and refreshing dishes are craved. Quite frankly after tasting the noodles ourselves, we are now surprised that no one else thought about the idea before! Come try the new and exclusive Yukhoe Mul Naengmyeon (mild) or the Yukhoe Bibim Naengmyeon (spicy) only at miss Korea BBQ.
